Medical Legal Radiology Services, LLC
Through our many years of service in the Atlanta area, DIS has established contacts within the legal and insurance communities. Because the radiologists of DIS have extensive clinical experience, fellowship training and certificates of added qualifications, these organizations have relied on us for our objective, unbiased medical opinion, an essential for their clients. In order to enhance our services to them, we formed Medical Legal Radiology Services, LLC.
The physicians of MLRS are objective, with no personal bias in the final outcome of a situation, and have the ability to give detailed explanations of the findings and their relevance to the medical issues.
Radiological images of all modalities, along with their patient records, will be assessed as requested by the interested parties. Interpretation,
evaluation or second opinion, will be rendered by direct phone
consultation or written reports. All verbal consultations and written
reports will be rendered only to the requesting party in compliance with
HIPAA regulations pertaining to the medical profession. The
radiologists will also be available for depositions and live testimony.
